Weld RE-4 Professional Learning Days

Bryan Horn is an experienced educator and coach, now in his 15th year with the Weld RE-4 School District. Currently serving as the Math and Science Curriculum Specialist (Teacher on Special Assignment), Bryan works closely with teachers and administrators to enhance the district’s curriculum by aligning it with state standards and spearheading pilot programs for new educational resources. His work plays a pivotal role in supporting both teachers and students, ensuring that instruction is research-driven, engaging, and effective.

In addition to his role in the district office, Bryan is also in his 5th year as the head coach for the cross-country team at Windsor High School. His coaching journey began with track and field, a sport he’s since stepped away from to focus on cross-country and his growing responsibilities within the district. As a coach, Bryan is dedicated to helping student-athletes grow, both in their athletic performance and personal development. He believes in fostering a mindset of perseverance and continuous improvement, values he instills in his athletes and in his professional work.

Bryan’s leadership is built on collaboration, innovative problem-solving, and a deep commitment to student success. Whether working on curriculum alignment or helping a team prepare for competition, his approach is centered on building strong, supportive environments where people can thrive.
